This utilitarian pipe pairs the spirit of the American Southwest with exceptional thermal engineering. The bowl is turned from mesquite, a sustainable, iconic, character-rich hardwood known for its dense grain and natural heat resistance. In contrast to the wood grain, the solid copper stem acts as a highly efficient heat sink because of copper's outstanding thermal conductivity. It effectively pulls heat from the smoke as it passes through to deliver an exceptionally cool, dry draw. Finished only with a coat of Danish Oil, it is fitted with a durable, molded black acrylic bit. This pocket-ready workhorse pipe is a simple, enduring piece built for the everyday smoker. To maintian simplicity and durability, the stem is not removable…but they all pass a pipe cleaner….or they do not leave the shop!
